I find the Paragons chant & ballads sound effect annoying, at First it sounds ok (with gregorianish chant) but at the end there is animal squaks that gets disturbingly annoying when the skills are frequently cast.

I thought my sound system was malfunctioning when it made some clacking sounds, but it seems to be the chants

I too was rather annoyed with the odd hawk-dive sound that followed every single lance attack.

-- But I expect it to change drastically from this beta to the real-deal in a couple of months, so I don't blame A.net for that. It will no doubt change.

No way man! You're heretic! jk, but still- I LOVE the paragon sound effects, it'd Africa theme! a monkey screaming, n tamtams and stuff, it's SWEET, don't change it at any cost!

He already plays tamtams when you use the /drum command.

I'm all about having some african sounding stuff too, but remember: South Africa, Central Africa and North East Africa are practically different countries and people forget how vastly different it is.

Personally, I expected some Zulu warrior stuff. I would have liked to see that. But they went the rout of the more Egyptian. But we're talking Egypt after Roman occupation. Huge difference.

I would have liked some cool sounding battle shouts.
Maybe an animation of him holding his hand up to shout.
